I flew up to Kaj's for the weekend to visit with Clare and Sebastian - we went out on Saturday but because of heavy rain we went on an alternate route (kaj to provide naming!) - it was very fun - we went up to Serene Lake which is like a miniature Lake Louise.  No pictures because while I brought an underwater but had neglected to check on shots remaining - zero - but I was the only one along who even thought of that - oh well - no photos.  Sunday was a steep climb of 4800' in 3 miles - we managed in 2.5 hours to do 4300' before our turn around time of 9:30am so I could make my flight back down to Oakland.
